Shipping Time Riding Toys Most of these products are shipped directly from manufacturer to offer you the best price; all manufacturers have different shipping times; that may be between 1-5 business days. General delivery time is within 10 business days.
Parts We generally ship within 2 business days if the product is in stock, we will place the order on back order status if the products are out of stock. We will ask for confirmation before we ship the backordered parts.
Tracking Information Tracking information is sent via e-mail within approximately 3-5 business days.
Warranty Riding Toys Kidswheels is not responsible and would not be liable for any warranty issue with a riding toy, the manufacturer or distributor is strictly responsible to satisfy customer expectations. Either way KidsWheels will act as a mediator to try to help the customer with any warranty issues.
Warranty Parts KidsWheels, LLC covers parts for 30 days and does not cover parts (including batteries) that have been damaged by unreasonable use, neglect, accident, abuse, misuse, improper service, improper installation, modification, and/or other causes not arising from defects in materials or workmanship. KidsWheels, LLC will replace parts at its option as covered under our return Mfg. Defect policy. KidsWheels LLC, is excluded from any liability on the part of KidsWheels LLC, whether under warranty or implied under law for any indirect or consequential damages for breach of warranty. Some states do not allow this exclusion or limitation, so this limitation may not apply. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.
Parts Return Procedure We make every effort to ship you what you ordered, Refunds will be authorized for "WRONG MDSE" shipped only. All Sales Are Final.
KidsWheels, LLC wants you to be satisfied with your parts purchase. You may request a return authorization # by following the steps below.
1.) Request a return authorization # via Email of Fax. 2.) Specify in your Email or Fax the reason for the return request. 3.) Upon return and examination of the part (or batteries) KidsWheels, LLC we will replace the part (or batteries) at KidsWheels, LLC option,( including shipping to KidsWheels, LLC and back to the Purchaser ) or refund to the original purchaser the full purchase price, plus return shipping. KidsWheels, LLC recommends that the Purchaser uses UPS or a similar service for authorized returns to the address listed below. Returns that are shipped to KidsWheels, LLC via US Mail will not be accepted and returned to sender. Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Riding Toys Return Procedure Kidswheels will not accept any return for a riding toy. If the customer wants to return the product he/she will need to follow the regulations of the manufacturer.
